Now I made my own diet. It's low carb, low fat, high fiber and nutrients.
Breakfast: homemade broccoli, carrot, onion and mushroom soup. 100 calories.
Lunch: 1 apple. 60 calories.
After school snack: bean and rice burrito. 200 calories.
Dinner: 3 mini egg rolls. 200 calories.
Bedtime snack: green drink. 200 calories.
I also have grapes for random snacking, probably adding another 40 or so calories for a total of 1000 calories a day. I feel like a fatty eating that much, but it's probably all in my head. It's enough to keep me full.
To keep myself adhering strictly to this diet, I will exercise 30 minutes running on the treadmill for every 100 I go over from now on, to burn it off.
I'm not weighing myself again until next Monday. I have until November 25th to drop 26 pounds. (I'm 143 currently, goal weight is 117). That's roughly two pounds a week to lose. Wish me luck!
