The difference between want and need is self control.

I'm not there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday. And the next day I'll be closer, and closer, and soon enough... I'm thin!

Hunger is the feeling of fat burning. When dieting/fasting, you want to be hungry.

Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.

If hunger is not the problem, then eating is not the solution.

Every time you say no to snacking, you say yes to thin.

Of course it's hard. If it were easy, everyone would be thin. But you can do it!

Instead of expecting yourself to fail, act as if it were impossible to fail. And succeed.

You may have to fight a battle more than once to win it. But if you keep fighting, you will win. Carry on.

Don't give up what you want most for something you want in the moment.

Intake:
-1 bean and rice burrito (150 cal tortilla, 30 cal margarine, 200 cal. rice, 100 cal. beans). Total: 480 cal.
-1 green drink (20 cal. cup spinach, 30 cal. 6 strawberries, 130 cal. 1 small banana, 60 cal. 1 tsp cacao powder, 10 cal. 1/4 cup blueberries). Total: 250 cal.
-1 bean and rice burrito (150 cal tortilla, 30 cal margarine, 200 cal. rice, 100 cal. beans). Total: 480 cal.
-2 vegan taco salad servings (300).
Total: 1,500 (don' have a heart attack -this is pre-fast so I was getting plenty of nutrients).

September 6th:

Intake: 5 cups mint tea (o cal.), 15 mints (7 cal.)
Total: 7 cal.

September 7th:

Intake: herbal tea (0 cal.), 3 pieces of popcorn (3 cal.)
Total: 3 cal.

September 8th:

Intake: 5 chips (10 cal.), 3 fries (15 cal.), 5 pieces of popcorn (5 cal.), 3 spoonfuls peanut butter (400 cal.), 1/2 cup salad w/ 1 tsp vinaigrette (30 cal.), 1 and 1/2 cup popcorn (150 cal.), 1 granola bar (130 cal.)

Total: 740. (I binged. I'm only human).

September 9th:

Intake: 1 can minestrone soup (180 cal.), 1 green drink (200 cal.), 1/2 cup spaghetti shells w/1/4 cup marinara sauce (260 cal.) 2 small rolls w/ margarine (280 cal.), 1 slice vegan chocolate cake (450 cal.), 1 cup lemonade (30 cal.), 1 can minestrone soup (180 cal.)
Total: 1,300 cal.

September 10th:

Intake:(Unknown).

September 11th:

Intake: peanut butter chocolate bar crumbles (150), bean burrito (460), green drink (220), bean burrito (400).
Total: 1,230.

September 12th:

Intake: 1 cup homemade soup (100), 1/2 apple (30), 1 bean and rice burrito (200), 3 egg rolls (200), 4 cubes chocolate (250), random tastes of other food (30), green drink (200).
